It’s just a hop skip and a jump to the middle of the year now. the MIDDLE of the year!? It was December like, yesterday.
At least we’re enjoying some delightful spots of weather here and there though, albeit in amongst biblical rain and baltic climes (and sometimes all of the above in one day).
Spring and Summer always makes us want to get out and about a bit more; re-connect with friends you haven’t seen as much of, take in the great outdoors, get a bit more active after a wintery hibernation and all that. Sometimes that’s all the therapy we need isn’t it. And what better way to do all that than booking on one of our retreats?
For the remainder of this year year we have three more retreats planned;

Let me tell you a little bit about how our Retreats have something for everyone…
The retreats are held in Ambleside in the beautiful Lake District on an idyllic 360-acre private estate… we even have direct access to Lake Windermere. which is absolute perfection!
The views are out of this world and you have endless amounts of nature to immerse yourself in. The local village is around twenty minutes walk away should you wish to have a browse around the many independent shops or grab a coffee and cake.
Whilst we have a structured program for the retreats, the emphasis is very much on ‘you time’. You participate in as much or as little of the program as you like.
Yoga & Well-being Retreats
The Yoga and Well-being retreats are hosted by myself and my lovely friend and colleague Helen Fenton. Helen is a very experienced Yoga Teacher and owns a fabulous yoga studio in Hazel Grove.
As well as teaching Yoga for all body types and all abilities, Helen is a women’s well-being practitioner with a huge amount of skill, knowledge and expertise in area’s including EFT Work, Meditation, Massage Wound Therapy, Cyclical Living, Aromatherapy and Reflexology to name but a few of her many talents!
Our yoga weekends include active as well as restful yoga, hands-on Reiki healing, wild swimming, meditation, nature walks and massage.
They are the ultimate zen time to reconnect with yourself, explore the body with gentle movement, and to immerse yourself in nature. The retreats are for all body types and all abilities. 50% of our previous attendees have attended alone and 50% have brought a friend or a family member.
You will leave relaxed and renewed and reconnected to yourself! Not to mention some incredible company too!

If you fancy trying a retreat that is both intimate and inclusive, this style of retreat is definitely for you.
Maybe you fancy doing something on your own but want the security of an organised trip with kind facilitators… the this could be the trip for you.
With lots of activities for you to participate in or to take some time simply for yourself and to rest.

Fitness Retreats
Our fitness retreats are hosted by myself and the incredible power houses that are Stacey Cummings from Connect3 PT; (another colleague turned friend) and Alex Walker; our wonderful PT co-host!
Our fitness retreats are super active so for these retreats you do need a basic level of fitness to get the most out of your experience. But you definitely don’t have to be super fit – I mean not many of us would put ourselves in the iron man category would we?!
The fitness retreats include so much variety… Circuit Classes, HIIT Classes, Running, Kettlebell Classes, Stretch Classes and Yoga.
We do of course throw in some zen time with Forest Bathing, Reiki Healing and Wild Swimming too.

With a full program bursting at the seams, delivered by our amazing Personal Trainer Stacey, there are more exercise classes than you can shake a bag of Lycra at!
You of course have the option to participate as little or as much as you desire. So if you do need to slope off for a bit of a rest I will be able to ‘host’ that part with you..!
It’s just £75 to secure your place with the balance being payable seven weeks before the event. Please let me know if you would like to join us on a fabulous weekend away in 2025.
We have focused really hard on keeping our retreats high end but affordable.
♦ Our Yoga Retreats are £399 (shared twin room) ♦
♦ Our Fitness Retreats are £440 (shared twin room) ♦
(Single rooms are available with a supplement).
This price includes accommodation, all food, soft drinks, and activities. We even throw in a slap up dinner on the Saturday night in Ambleside.
Some extra treats such as private sessions of Reiki healing or massage are also available during most of the weekends for a small additional cost.
