Sunday 27th April 1pm – 4pm
We’ll begin with mindful somatic movement to release tension, connect with your body, and prepare for stillness. Moving into a yin yoga practice, you’ll settle into poses that are held longer, allowing you to gently stretch and open the deeper layers of your body.
As you relax in your final posture, you will be guided through a soothing yoga nidra, a meditative journey into deep relaxation. During this time, each participant will also receive individual Reiki healing to support energetic balance and overall well-being.
We will finish the afternoon with a chance to come round with a herbal tea and snack, as well as share your experience or sit in stillness.
This workshop is perfect for anyone seeking a moment of calm, restoration, and self-connection. No prior experience with yoga, Reiki, or somatics is necessary—all you need is an open heart and a willingness to receive.
