Yin Yoga & Reiki Retreats
This two night retreat is the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind and re-set.
The retreats will be held at the idilic Brathay Hall in Ambleside, a 360 acre estate overlooking Lake Windermere, the perfect location to recharge, reconnect, and just be.
The retreat will include:
- Two nights full board stay at Brathay Hall
- Daily yoga & meditation sessions
- A 30 minute individual reiki treatment
- Candlelit Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra
- Outdoor yoga and optional wild swim (weather permitting!)
- Access to nearby Ambleside
- Free time to spend with yourself or like minded people
Beginners are welcome and the yoga sessions will be suitable for all ages & abilities.
This event is being held by Yoga Teacher Karen Hughes of Gemini Yoga, and Advanced Reiki Practitioner Tracy Bradbury of Enhance of Cheshire.

Occupancy:
All bookings are for a shared room for two people.
Sole occupancy available at an additional cost.
Booking deposit:
Spaces at Brathay Hall are limited therefore a non refundable deposit of £75 is required to secure your place on the retreat. The balance will be required 6 weeks prior to the event.
